As a member of the human race I am deeply aware of the fragility of an individual human life, as a person of strong faith I am also deeply aware of the monumental strength of the individual soul and the collective energy created by  the sharing of  common beliefs.  As a person of optimism I am ever hopeful that collective energy will ultimately be used to benefit the entire human race and not to divide it.

 

Most of these works are commissions. It is important for me to connect to the subjects energy or family on the spirit side. I have often surprised myself and the subjects by the relevance of the pieces. These paintings are different from the psychic drawings done during readings, they are done at a distance  connecting to the spirit. The spirit is not limited to those who have passed to the spirit world.

I have also taken the model for my inspiration from the Sea, as a chaotic entity and as place full of life and nurturing
