Spiritual 2

This is a stage where the medium blends his energy with the visiting Spirit

and is outwardly affected to produce the image of those who have passed

to provide evidence for those left behind.

This takes many years of training and the artist has taken licence in marking the difference

between Spirit and medium for the purposes of understanding.

This painting shows the two levels of consciousness.

It shows a structured awareness, the power that drives us to strive for answers,

the part of us that knows somewhere in the universe there is a parental force that protects us.

This is a commissioned piece,

The only requirements were that it must contain an Angel and a rainbow.

As this piece was commissioned by a healer it emerged that it contains many attributes for healing, including a crystal in the palm of the hands,

the white light coming down into the head and separating into the healing colours that form the rainbow, water which is also a healing symbol

and a sanctuary which is the dearest wish of the healer that commissioned the work.
